Course Information:

It is the objective of the GHS Culinary Arts program to provide students a comprehensive introduction to the world of professional cooking and food service, covering essential skills such as knife techniques, food safety, menu planning, and various culinary methods.

Students receive hands-on training in a kitchen setting, learn about nutrition and global cuisines, and gain insights into the food service and hospitality industry, preparing them for further education or immediate entry-level careers in the culinary field.
