New Student Enrollment (Never Attended Groesbeck ISD)

If your child is new to Groesbeck ISD, you will need to visit the appropriate campus office with the following documents:

• Proof of Residence

  • Electric, Gas, or Water Bill in the Parent/Guardian’s Name (Dated Within the Last 30 Days)

    
    or

  • Utility Bill in Someone Else’s Name

    • Copy of Mortgage/Lease Agreement

    • Affidavit of Residence

    • Utility Bill in Property Owner’s Name

• Child’s Social Security Card

• Child’s Bith Certificate

• Parent/Guardian Identification

• Proof of Leal Guardianship/Child Custody (if applicable)

• Transcript or Last Report Card (High School Only)

Returning Students Enrollment (Has Attended Groesbeck ISD in the Past)

You can re-enroll your child through the ASCENDER Program.  Contact the appropriate campus office for the registration code.  If there is a change in address from the address listed in ASCENDER, submit proof of residence to the appropriate campus.

Withdrawing

Please get in touch with your child’s campus to schedule a time to return school property, such as books, laptops, chargers, uniforms, equipment, instruments, etc.
